People who say it is ugly have become judges to something which they don’t understand what the criteria are. They relate ugliness to old age, why is that? Let time be the judge and once these critics reached this woman’s age, and havent been in a similar life suffering she had before engaging in a practice she now has, the can say all those hurtful words. If she has been successful so far in her adventure, it tells something about a considerable percent of the population she lives with, and that is they like this type of relationship or encounter. To the critics, nobody questions their sexual preferences and yet they questions others’

What a beautiful film !!  As a 61 yo female who has never really made the opportunity in her life to express my sexuality, this film is so encouraging.  To me, it is up lifting and validating.  Old people what wants and needs for physical and emotional attention equally, if not more than younger people.

I find it sad that the negative comments are mostly from people who appear to be very lonely themselves.  People who appear to be afraid of being judged, therefore lash out at others.  It is sad that we can not allow people to be human.

Take it with a grain of salt if you will, but this is one example of what “free will” TRULY IS!  We CANNOT continue to judge everyone and continue to expect every one else to be a clone of ourselves.  It has brought out the worst in humanity and kept us from achieving world peace.  There is nothing that God has created which is not good and perfect and has its rightful place.  Free will is ESSENTIAL to the evolution of the human soul.  Now is the time to finally learn to ACCEPT each other’s differences, and we ARE all different and hence each must find his/her own way.  Either the soul blossoms in the freedom to be who a person truly is, or it has the life choked out of it.  To judge another or want them to change for our own convenience or comfort is literally to want to take their life away.  Is this the way we really want to treat people we care about?  ...and don’t most of us truly care about others in general?  Let them be free just as we want everyone else to let US be.  Noone has any right to judge.  The truly honest person can, upon introspection see the subtleties in which we share ALL the same imperfections.  It is only a matter of degree.  It is beautiful that this woman has taken away the pain of her marriage and replaced it with the beauty of human touch that heals the soul - and the joy of a deeper union with another soul.  Would you rather see her suffer than to keep yourself from knowing a glimpse of her life, which you cannot hope to truly understand until you are older?  How you feel about it is YOUR problem.  And yes, there are even some of us who are young and yet ARE curious - even attracted to the older, the overweight, the SO CALLED “unattractive”.  Those are the things some can see or atleast feel drawing two souls even more closely together.  Those of us who can appreciate the beauty where others cannot or dare not admit, would do the world a service to honestly speak up and share the truth of how we see things and feel.  Otherwise, those who hold us back from being all we could be, will go away feeling self-righteous in their condemnation of others and all the pain it brings.  Each of us has a full time job just being the BEST person we can manage to be.  We are our own worst problem.  If we focus on the solution to our own problems, the ills of the world will fade away.

What a beautiful, beautiful film. I am so thankful that the encouraging voices drown out the strange negativity I see posted below me—although the wonderful thing about this film is the clarity Libby has found in no longer needing anyone’s validation, and no longer caring about this kind of disapproval.

Every depiction we get of sexuality that is different from the mainstream media’s “status quo” enriches our society greatly and opens doors that never should have been closed in the first place. As a young pornographer authoring “different” porn, I’ve been amazed at the hunger people have for that which is atypical.
