Say a person wanted to leave today to go and help but lacked finances; how would one be able to do that?  I’m sure a kind and helpful volunteer would be worth something there.  I think I could be that person and would like to be very much so.

I AM SO HAPPY FOR OUR GIRL ALICIA KEYS. SHE SEES THE POSITIVE THINGS AND NOT THE NEGATIVE THINGS IN LIFE. WHEN SHE SAW THEM SHE DIDN’T SEE THEM AS A PERSON INFECTED WITH HIV OR VERY POOR, BUT SHE SAW THEM AS A PERSON LIKE US, A PERSON WITH DIGNITY AND WITH A HEART. Simply Beautiful. This documentary had a great balance.  It targeted the AIDS epidemic of Africa and uplifted African culture and wisdom at the same time.

Here’s a young superstar that’s not in the tabloids, we don’t see her in mug shots, she’s immensely talented but she’s also a citizen of the world and takes that responsibility very seriously. Makes me think there’s still hope for the kids these days. To much is given, much is expected. Alicia is giving back and what a force she is!
