why was the forgotten war left out as usual in the 2009 war events. or all the men who sacrificed there lives in Korea. count only under the biggest joke,called a police action?

Seeing the courage, fear, compassion and discipline with which these men carried themselves and knowing that no one in the service ever wants to be where they are, but are in their minds just doing the job they signed up for and watching out for their buddies, I feel satisfied that there are still some good men out there.Sometimes looking around the mall and seeing what passes for young men nowadays, I feel somewhat discouraged. Please let’s not once again make their and the Iraqi peoples sacrifices be for nothing because of political hay and cowardice. All their lives need to be considered as a high and sacred price paid for the freedom of a nation from true fascism and tyranny. Regardless of what some believe, that, should and will be the only lasting and worthwhile receipt for such a price.

We are a Band of Brothers; every Marine’s death affects us all - past, former, and current.  I just wish I could of been there to help my brothers in arms.  Simper Fi - forever!
