28:50 is truly a disgusting scene. People not even bothering to eat the food that has taken thousands of calories in energy to produce and transport. 97% of manufactured goods are made out of oil thats apart from running cars on the stuff and its unlikely that a major oil company would wish to push peak oil as that would be like telling everyone their business is doomed .

Not to throw oil on the fire, but some speak of oil shale and tar sands.  If you do pull the useable oil from these resources, you’d better have some use for the mountain of shale and sand you produce.

Even a simple Wiki search shows that Prudhoe Bay is actually an example of the mindboggling oil production problems associated with Peak Oil production :

If the remaining 2 billion barrels could be extracted instantaniously, it would be consumed by the USA in 3 months (at current consumption rate).

Peak Oil is another environmentalist lie, like Owl Gore’s global warming (which has now evolved into climate change, and is slowly turning into global cooling, though the liberals still want the taxes).  The reason oil production has declined in the USA has NOTHING to do with a shortage of oil.  It has everything to do with a shortage of mindset which has resulted in a lack of drilling!  The people need to control environmentalism!

Note how developed countries now struggle to keep their population up. If we all were as developed, it would never be a problem again, infact we have quite the opposite in Norway and Japan. we WANT births to rise now.

This film is TOTAL BS. The earth’s core is constantly making oil. Oil fields that are tapped out and capped fill back up after 20-25 years. The oil is not all “fossil” in origin. The price is manipulated by the illuminati bankers to control economies and populations.

Learn the real truth about oil.  There is no shortage, it is not a fossil fuel and we will never, ever run out of it! It is a self renewing natural resource. not made from dead dinosaurs and plants.

Phil is completely accurate in his statements. Things are going to be BAD, and within the lifetimes of the people who are reading this.

If this blind spot is true, and i belive it is, our world as we know it is not going to change slowly over the next 50 or 100 years. We have all seen what happened when oil went over 100 dollars a barrel. Imagine life after the peak of oil. Maybe 200 million Americans out of work unable to afford food and fuel and eventually housing. This isn’t 50 or 100 years away this is 5, 10 maybe 20 years away. Possibly in less than a year or 2 if instability causes a bottle neck in the oil supply. Now is the time to act and try to protect ourselves from this threat. Stop listening to the people who say its gonna be OK and act to protect yourself and the people we love. The spread of knowledge is paramount in this effort.

Is this film available for viewing?  Someone recommended that I view the environmental documentary film, “Blind Spot”, on this snagfilms website, but it doesn’t appear to play in any format.
