I’m new with snag films and I think it’s a fantastic program. I cannot get any of the films to play. After hearing the advertisement, the film begins, then stops after 30 seconds. I’ve tried other films, and the same result. Can you tell me what I need to do to snag some of the films. I heard about snag films on the morning news. Posted 06/14/09 by AnnR
