its crazy seeing Sway talk about real hiphop, after years of watching him being forced to promote whack music on MTV

Freestyle is an incredible form and it’s great to see people who are good at it. The video at times seemed like it didn’t have direction and could have used more clarity but I appreciated the frequent raps included. Overall, solid video, just could use more scripting and planning in its delivery.

Back in the 70’s-80’s - the Hip Hop Dance was a big part of the culture, today it is just about the Benjamins.

The Classic Freestyle was when SuperNat & Mad Skillz battled in the early 90’s in a Clinton Hill brownstone.  That party was SIC! However, you had to be there to really appreciate it like that.  Skillz went on to do a few albums and SuperNat still does Freestyle.
It’s GREAT to see Medusa & Bahamadia doing there thing in this to rep the Femcees.  Good lookin’ on that. I know many sistas that can Freestyle & tear the brothers limb-from-limb.  They don’t get the light they deserve by the industry.
