This is a beautiful film, very compelling and well-done. I enjoyed hearing all of the stories and am happy that all of those who are living with HIV are doing well. May they continue to be strong and I wish them all the best that life has to offer.

This film touched my heart and soul, thank you for all who shared their stories to bring awareness to this issue. We as human beings we need to help each other....WHAT CAN I DO. Posted 11/28/09 by Ray
Good film. I’m always amazed that people in other parts of the world live about the same way as I. Not many people realize how poor most of us here in the USA realy are. I’ve worked steady for thirty seven years and don’t have any better access to health care than they. If your poor here they tell you you’re the only one, and It’s your own fault. You think a story about African medical students doing degree in Yale is genuine? I like the idea, but than the reggae artist… Anyway, what are the chances this kind of movie will get awareness to medical devices in real life? like Hadasit devices could be in such movie? WE WILL NOT DIE LIKE Dogs - that’s a good title, but it got to get a strong impact to change things. Posted 12/07/08 by Tiffany Lonsdale-Hands
There is always hope! This film highlights those individuals making a positive difference to their communities, and in turn, the world through courage, dedication and awareness. Thank you for making this documentary and proving education WILL make the difference. Posted 12/07/08 by sohrab
Inspiring film. This documentary, contrary to most about this subject, manages to give you hope that Africa will not descend into an ever greater tragedy dominated by the AIDS epidemic. The film breaks out of that traditional view by showing us that people from different African countries each with different backgrounds and through different means can help educate the next generation of Africans. truly thought provoking with an inspiring theme that education and action will help. |
