  Although I agree that those people need help. I felt the two escorts for Tracy were somewhat money begging. Also, I would be interested in a translator to compare what the translator said and just verify that it was what the children were saying. I know I am not in the position to criticize, but I am skeptical because of the stories you hear of aid never reaching those children. With regards to the 3 P's. raising a society that is anti Arab is also a concern. A conserted effort must be made to stop the violence thats going on now and to ensure the cycle of violence does not make full circle. Punish the guilty (I have no idea how justice could even be implemented without the Arabs being caught in the act) yes, but dont punish the entire race for the actions of a few. Thank you Tracy, you truly are an inspiration.

  He's right,we ARE spoiled Americans and even when things are at their worst here, we still don't realize how good we have it. These people have been through a living hell literally. And I have always found it amazing how we can run to the aide of any and every other country simply because "it looks good for us" or "they have something we need" and no one EVER comes to the aide of any African countries. It's also sad that if not for a few select celebrities (Angelina Jolie, Tracy McGrady, Don Cheadle, Bono, Ray Lewis, & George Clooney) who would even know this is going on? Where do you ever hear of it? This gets absolutely no attention. It's absolutely horrible and with what they've been through most of us would've given up, lost our fight to survive and go on. Yet, these people are still hopeful, still smiling, and trying to make the best out of what has been forced upon them. Myself being half Black I have always had a deep respect for the struggles that our ancestors went through & survived to progress. And it is sad and sickening that this still goes on today and very few people seem to even care. I wish I were in a position to do something for them, I absolutely would. But seeing all of this just reaffirms what I've always believed, that we are a strong people (and sometimes not because we WANT to be but because we HAVE to be) and strength like that is a gift from God.

  This is a beautiful documentary. It shows why it is important to educate your self on the facts. Learning about people in different places and the struggles that face them. The beginning shots of the children and the fire were breath taking. Africa is as rich in color and content as I suspected. This was informational and Education is the key to empowerment and changing the world and yourself. Sometimes seeing a thing for yourself is better than someone telling you on any given day. It is so important to be a leader and not a follower. Thank God for this Educational Piece.
