  As with DNA,we learn now,what 50 years ago was a mystery.So in another 100 years,we will answer most questions.Libraries contain all of the Nat.Geo.Mag.you want to read for free.Noetics,the study of the minds power,and abilities,NOT the brains,but the minds.Here,in this area,we still have much to learn from the Egyptians of that time.Museums in NYC contain much of this,I grew up 5 blocks away and saw it all the time.RA,the sun god,mans need to have a 'god'to link him to the heavens,it still goes on.Only few have learned that they are,we are,the heavens.We are the Universe,we just don't look at it,we are it.Maybe this was their understanding,and we see it on a lower scale,because we are.Well,allot of us anyway.Empires come and go,and the earth just keeps turning,we are but specks,in the sands of time.

  Amazing work and the film was truly captivating. It is true that the these discoveries will never cease to peak our curiosities because one discovery only leads to others that invariably will take us in an infinite number of directions. Of these we should probably expect to confirm only a miniscule number of them, unfortunately. I truly regret canceling my subscription to National Geographic many years ago because I found it too difficult to put them down when I took the time to read them. I'm finding more satisfaction in these subjects now that I can focus on what I choose to at this time in my life. I'm 68 and my trip to Egypt hopefully will soon be more than just wishful thinking.

  What an excellent film ! I have studied this subject since I was in elementary school, & it still amazes me with all of the new discoveries to this day & time. I am now 51 yrs old & only hope as time passes to one day be able to travel to Egypt & visit these marvels of our past. Excellent work National Geographic. Keep it up !

  Fantastic! Although some of the scenes were a little dark and hard to see. I have seen the mummies in the Cairo Museum during 3 trips to Egypt as well as the boat and pyramids. Everything is awe-inspiring, especially if you are a history buff or a wanna-be archaeologist.

  what is with this film I can not view it, does not CANADA get any chance to see what others in america the beautiful can view. where is the equality for your poor neighbours? do you not share the bounty of my membership to national geographic also. thanks for allllllll your help.
