Vancouver filmmaker Jason DaSilva made his first film at the age of twenty. Just two years later, his second short film was selected to screen at the Sundance Film Festival. Four years after that, at the age of 26, he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. An inspiring documentary short, FIRST STEPS is a personal video diary of how Jason's world has changed over the first four years after his diagnosis. Determined to continue his career as a filmmaker and artist, he also sets out to investigate this mysterious neurological disorder.
