  Great docu short on apis mellifera! Great time to be looking to get started in bee culture now. Get your equipment ready & prepared for in winter & either place order for small cell organic raised bees now, or get ready to put word out to catch swarms or cut outs for feral bee colonies in spring. Caught at least 7 colonies & saved from extermination by pesticide companies.   I just watched this short film with anticipation of it being a great resource to forward to a lot of people. I was sort of disappointed. As someone who has been following the issue, I thought the film did a good job in addressing the personal aspect of beekeeping but left out a lot of background information about colony collapse disorder. The film has a lot of potential if it continues to add facts, the latest research on colony collapse disorder, and what people think are the main causes.

  I really enjoyed this video great job you guys! I only wish it would have been longer and maybe touched on some more of the reasons colonies are collapsing. Besides that, I thought this was a great way for people to become a little more aware of why bees are so important to us! Thanks for sharing!
