Every Third Bite
2008 | 9 min

In the past few years, millions of bees have disappeared from their hives. More than just a honey matter, the lives of bees are connected to us and our ecosystems in more ways than we can count.

bee movie

Posted 07/17/08 by JT

I just watched this short film with anticipation of it being a great resource to forward to a lot of people. I was sort of disappointed. As someone who has been following the issue, I thought the film did a good job in addressing the personal aspect of beekeeping but left out a lot of background information about colony collapse disorder.

The film has a lot of potential if it continues to add facts, the latest research on colony collapse disorder, and what people think are the main causes.

I really enjoyed this video great job you guys! I only wish it would have been longer and maybe touched on some more of the reasons colonies are collapsing.

Besides that, I thought this was a great way for people to become a little more aware of why bees are so important to us!

Thanks for sharing!
