  Absolutely horrible documentary. It's amazing that someone would even waste their time filming this, really. This "documentary" offers no educational value, or even anything interesting. It's simply a film that looks more like a home movie about a homeless "street punk" named Roach who, as one would expect, acts like street punk and does generally nothing worthwhile for society or even themselves. Jobs? School? A home? Not for Roach! It's basically the movie Jackass, but with no stunts and no funny jokes, simply two kids acting like #######s on the street to people who have done nothing wrong. The movie is full of anti-government speech, yet was funded 100% by taxpayer money that he would never have gotten without a government. Absolutely laughable. Some anarchist street punk, huh? "Down with the government, rah rah rah! Oh, wait, you want to give me $16,000 to make a film? Yay government!" The budget for this movie seems to have been pissed away on something other than the movie. There is absolutely nothing worth money in the film - if you watch it, it's clear they bought a cheap camera, a bunch of film, then blew the rest of the money. Overall, this shouldn't even be hosted here. It's not a documentary, it's a home movie made by some kid on the streets who thinks he's tough by wearing "punk" clothing he bought from Hot Topic and not having a job, and instead mooching off of the government he speaks against so firmly. Do NOT waste your time watching this.

  I just WASTED 45 min of my life. There is nothing here worth watching....no redeaming qualities what so ever. Just think, someones tax dollars went to fund this waste of time. Stimulus $ at work!!! Viva La Canada!!!

  Easily one of the worst documentaries I've ever seen. The irony of the main character's situation is astonishing. An anarchist that supposedly hates the government, but when that same government offers him money to make this film, he jumps on it immediately, cheering. Hilarious. A real "anarchist" would have refused the money, not sucked it all right up and then came back for more. For someone who fights for "freedom" and against "slavery", you sure seem willing to drop the things you care about REAL fast when money is dangled in front of you. However, the money the government spent on this movie was wasted. The film has no redeeming qualities. There is nothing actually being documented, it is just "Roach" and his homeless friends walking around cities being dicks. It isn't interesting, it isn't funny, it isn't insightful, it just made me dislike "street punks" even more than I already did. There is nothing to this documentary. It's just street punks being punks. They act like pigs in a fast foot joint while giggling, they hang around with unsigned bands that play in bars, they wash windows... boring. I learned nothing other than that those kids who are out on the streets really do act like punks. They aren't "misunderstood", they're dicks. The truly confusing thing is: where did the 16,000$ to make this movie go? They bought one camera, film for it... and nothing else. Everything else in the movie was just stuff they did on the streets. Absolutely awful. Roach, I honestly hope you never poison the documentary industry more than you already have. Never make another film, and if you do, don't use tax payer money. I sincerely hope that the government you hate so much spits in your face next time you beg for money to make a "film".

  Freedom is hard work, ignorance and laziness slavery. The beauty of nature isn't freedom, but a place for the mind to roam. Freedom in the physical sense has to be earned and fought for. Word, Keep fighting Roach and Smash!

  Awful. Absolutely horrible documentary. It doesn't actually show anything interesting. It's some douchebag kid with a chip on his shoulder against the government, but as soon as the government is ready to give him $16,000 to make this piece of ####, he's more than ready to accept it from someone he supposedly hates. The video is boring and is just plain awful. It shows no interesting information, it's just some dumb punk kid acting like an idiot on camera with equally stupid friends doing dumb things. It looked like a ####ty version of Jackass with people who speak french and don't do anything funny. There's no insight to anything, and you don't learn anything, which is the point of a documentary. And also, where the #### did the 16,000$ to make this #### go? He bought a camera, film and... what? Nothing in this film cost money, it's just him recording his ####ty life that nobody gives the slightest #### about.

  Some anarchist. Some 'Black Flag' waver. Yet the moment the State says: "Hey, rebel; we have some money for you should you wish to make a film...", well; there he is. The 'rebel' looking for the State's teat so he can suck off it like all the other goobers who believe there's no daddy like Big Daddy. I'm unimpressed. In fact, it is shameful that a clown like 'Roach' can lead other youngsters astray. Here's a hint for the kids... The State ain't your friend. If you can be bought for a few thousand dollars, you are no different from those voted into office to 'represent' you. They also sold out for dollars. A ##### is a ##### is a #####. Most just are too ashamed to admit it.

  Roach gave just the right glimpse of punk attitude/lifestyle/ethos. Anarhic no, useless yes. Why do people think punks have something to offer anyways? If its a innercity cry for help, it must stay in the asphalt gutter. the problem of course was that roach and the other muther###### left the city, which i don't understand. Why? They're not hippies are they? This is the level of documentary that I might accomplish myself. That's a good excuse for not doing it in the fisrt place. ####### awful, like many DIY documentaries in our menatlly challenged times. Peace!

  When "Roach" (real original btw) was talking to the guy w/ the medal dector in this documentary, he excitedly exclaims: "We are film-makers!!! and all i could think was "not for long!!!" This was the worst, most pointless documentary ive ever seen... Lame, lame ####ing lame...

  I thought this documentary was terrible. It brings no insight into any lifestyle, person, or place. This is just a half assed attempt at being gutter-punk, on a huge chunk of money given by the government they 'fight' against. Dang peacocks. waste.
