They ripped off of Leigh Bowery, Americanized it, and called it the club kid phenomenon years later.

If I see one more self indulgent gay trust fund kid movie glorifying cross dressing and forced ‘hipness’ I will puke.

I love this film, and I see on the discussion board about other movies, people who say PRES. Obama is a marxist or socialist most likely don’t even know what that means, don’t know their own American History, or world history sufficiently enough to throw such terms about, BUT since their friends at Fox News and Alex Jones say it, it must be so.
