A ruthless gang of suburban kids is sport-killing homeless people on the streets of Chicago. One day they decide to murder a young Mexican girl, assuming there would be no consequences since she is an illegal immigrant. Police detective Carla Moreno begins investigating the brutal crime, which uncovers a case of racial hatred and police corruption. The victim's father is allowed into the country on a temporary visa to take his daughter?s body back to Mexico, but things get complicated when she disappears from the morgue?and he decides to take matters into his own hands.
